CHEVON BIRYANI CUT

Easy Recipe: Briyani

Ingredients: 5 tbsp - oil, 700 g - Chevon Goat meat, 1 tsp - roughly ground Garlic, 1/2 bowl - water, 1 tsp - Salt or to taste, 3 to 4 - Cloves, 2 to 3 - whole green Cardamom, 2 to 3 - Cinnamon sticks, 2 tsp - Curd, 1 tsp - Garam Masala, 500 gm- boiled Rice, food colour and Saffron (optional)

Method: Heat oil in a pan, add the garlic & stir. Add the Chevon Goat meat & water and stir again. Now add the salt, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon curd & garam masala. Stir well, cover & cook for about one hour. Then add the rice. If needed add some more water. Add the colour & saffron, cover the dish & seal the sides with dough. Cook till well done & serve.
